Q3: Can I move from one page to another while maintaining the same zoom level?
A: You cannot move from one page to another maintaining the same zoom level. You need to switch to the normal zoom level in order to move from one page to another.
Q4: Where can I download the Other Edition Newsstand?

Q5: Do you have different apps for iPhones, iPads and PC's?
A: Yes have different apps for Tablets, Smart phones, PC's and MAC.
Q6: How will I be able to access new issues of the current magazines?
A: Once you subscribe to our monthly package you will get a notification whenever there is a new issue available and your application ask you for an update. You need to keep your newsstand up-to-date in order to access all the issues.
Q7: How can I view my magazines on an iPhone?
A: You are required to Signup and create your account. Once you are done, download our iPhone newsstand to your iPhone from the App Store and login with your username/password and you are done.
Q8: Why did I miss an issue?
A: It happens sometimes on digital. You need to sign out and sign-in again in order to access the missing issue.
Q9: How can I view my magazine in a web browser?
A: You can just view the sample mini mag in browser, its available with every magazine issue on our website.
Q10: Can I view the magazines offline?
Yes you can view the magazines offline once you download them to your library.
Q11: How can I change the location where my magazines are stored?
A: No, you cannot change he location of your magazines. The only way to access the magazines is though the application.
Q12: Can I have the Other Edition Newsstand App installed on more than one computer?
A: Yes you can.
Q13: What is My Library?
A: Library is a place where you can view all your downloaded magazines.
Q14: Can I download the magazines as a PDF files?
A: No, you can't.
Q15: Does the digital format contain everything in the print format: articles, photos, and advertising?
A: Yes, and it also contains more stuff than the printed issue including videos.
Q16: Can I save magazines on my iPad?
A: Yes, you can save them by downloading them to your library.
Q17: Sometimes it takes too long while downloading a magazine?
A: It depends on the internet connection. Slow downloads occur because of slow internet connections.
Q18: How to delete a downloaded issue from my library or restore it after it's deleted?
A: The delete option is not available yet but we are thinking bout adding it to the newsstand soon.
Q19: Can a subscription that I purchase from the iPad store be viewed on computer, MAC or smart phone?
A: No, the subscription package is individual for every platform. If you already have iPad subscription and you need to access the magazines on your smart phone⦠you need to subscribe again.
Q20: Is Other Edition Newsstand Compatible with iPhone, Android Devices, Kindle, BlackBerry or PDA's?

Q21: Do I need to be connected to Internet to read my magazines?
A: No! If you have downloaded the magazines to your library, than you don't need an internet connection to read your magazines.
Q22: Why does it keep telling me to upgrade every time I open the app?
A: Whenever there is a new issue available the application asks you to update your store and sometimes it asks you for application update. You need to update right away whenever you see the update message.
Q23: What are the system requirements for Other Edition Newsstand for (MAC/PC)?
A: Only Adobe AIR 2 or later is required, can be downloaded from

Q24: Does Other Edition Newssatnd App works on iPhone 2G?
A: No. the app works on iPhone 3G or higher.
Q25: Can I bookmark an article in my digital magazine the way I do in websites in order to read it later?
A: No! We are adding the bookmarking feature soon in the newsstand.
Q26: Can I share my digital magazines with friends and colleagues?
A: Yes you can share any magazines with your friends via email.

A: To cancel Your subscription perform the following steps.
